HOW DO YOU GET PLACED ON A TEAM?
The Process...
For each upcoming special event, we organize dedicated practice lobbies designed to evaluate driver performance under race conditions. These sessions allow us to gather detailed performance data, assess driving consistency, and observe teamwork dynamics.
Driver selection is based on demonstrated skill, adaptability, and racing strategy rather than iRating alone. While iRating can provide useful context, it does not define a driver’s true potential. Every participant is given the opportunity to showcase their abilities, regardless of prior ranking.
Once evaluations are complete, I review all collected data to identify the most competitive and complementary driver pairings. The goal is to assemble balanced, high-performance teams that maximize both individual strengths and collective potential. This approach ensures that every team is equipped to perform at the highest level while maintaining fairness and opportunity for all drivers.
